hi all

just recieved me new rod i had built for me by mark tunley its a harrison torix blank furnished with full old school cork handle with kdps flare, double fuji sic's and kdps reel seat.. nice!!

mark has done an exellent job and is a pleasure to deal with anyone in the market for a new rod wouldnt do wrong going to him.
he will discuss every option the pros and cons and being a passionate all round angler will also have a good chat about fishy fings aswell top man top service.
and very affordable!

now im off to christen it...

had three chub and an 8lb barbel on it yesterday spot on, feels really light compared to the chimera 2 , but not lacking in power. also will chuck out a medium spod full of hemp straight with ease not bad for 1.75 test curve. shorter handle also gives it more comfort whilst fishing sat down. as i found with the c2 the handle would catch the chair when fishing sat down.

thats it now, i dont need any more rods... although, i do fancy 1.25 specaillist quiver rod that mark builds, oooh im a tackle hussy!

Hee Hee ya cant beat it lol just dont tell the missus how much ya spend i know i dont lol Grin

Im looking at a barbel rod from Fox that come with 3 tip sections 2 solid tips in 1.5lb and 1.75lb test curves and a 1.75lb test curve tip section that comes with different quiver tips to go with it aswell . Looking to probably use it for abit of barbeling but also will double up for some carp fishing aswell Wink
