There's a possibility that we can supply custom HD groundsheets for your bivvy. By HD we mean super HD with brass pegging points/eyes. At present myself and Wayne are getting 3 or 4 variations made to suite the following/our bivvys, brolly systems:

JRC STi 2 man Bivvy single skin groundsheet
JRC STi 2 man Bivvy single skin with extended/euro wrap (groundsheet goes under inner and outer skin)
JRC Defender Brolly
JRC Defender Brolly with winter skin (groundsheet goes under brolly and overwrap)

The groundsheets are made from rubberised canvas and if you can wear one through in a year i'll eat my own head. Brass fittings are used where applicable to peg the groundsheets down using your existing bivvy pegging points.

Once we have the the following gear in our hands we will post pictures and prices should you want one. If you are already interested let us know.

tell me about it my current groundsheets are a right pile of crap or should I say look like a pile of crap from all of the sludge stuck to them.

I'm going to have a look and see what you would pay for a HD groundsheet for my bivvy and brolly (thats if they are available) and we can give the members some rough ideas on savings for a custom one.
