Hi Everyone.
NSA Baits has just taken its first delivery of a new winter pellet aimed at Carp anglers. It's a low oil mix with a nice greeny brown colour. It fizzes like mad when in water and has a nice consistent 2 stage breakdown even in close to freezing water. Who knows it may also work with Barbel but this is an all new bait.
First stage breakdown is the outer layer rapid breakdown which takes around 15 minutes to give a nice fizzing scent trail and cloud the water a similar colour to a carp slop mix.
Second stage takes nearly 3 hours but still maintains a soft pellet shape.
We need at least 10 winter Carp anglers to test this bait in the field and report back to NSA baits. The bait will of course be provided free of charge.
If the bait proves to be a winner we will be stocking it in the NSA Baits shop and it will only be available through us. We already have agreed that it will be available in the following sizes 3mm, 6mm and 8mm.
If you are interested in becoming an NSA Baits field tester please post a response here with a little about yourself and what type of venue you will target with the new bait.
Tight lines.

Giles, I'd be interested in testing it out for you. The waters I'll mostly be fishing over the winter are the Tontine and Middleston Water Park, venues that have quite a lot of doubles in them but also a scattering of 20s. I'll also probably have a few sessions on a couple of runs waters like Broken Brea.
Tbh I haven't done much fishing over the summer, as I'm not so keen on the crowds. Now that autumn is upon us places will no doubt become quieter. The other thing is that I'm a bit concerned about using my usual high oil halibut pellets and trouties, so a low oil pellet would be ideal. _________________ Bill

Now we are talking!
We now have several top drawer anglers who all expressed their wishes to field test this new bait. 2 of them from Carp Talk
The chance to field test this bait is still running so keep e-mailing!

OK folks the list has been sorted and all of you that applied should have a mail in your inbox letting you know the outcome. Well done to the successful applicants and to those who were not all is not lost. Your applications have been kept and come the next round which will be pretty soon (got something new up my sleeve) you will be automatically included in the list of potential field testers so you don't need to re-apply unless you feel you need to give us some more/updated information.
Tight lines.
Giles.
