Anyone fished it, heard of it.................?

Found an interesting bit of info by Googling 'Watergrove Reservoir bream' on a poor relation to this site.

Pinch of salt required, but nevertheless interesting. A good all round water for those who like 'em big. ooooooerrrrrrrrr.

Under the control of Baymalton AC who are reasonably priced nand I think may do daytickets. However I have found a info that states that a key is a must to avoid long walks and you can park on the bank in some locations.

Rings my bell.

It used be on the same ticket as Hollingworth and once we went up after getting to hollingworth to find an algal bloom.
It is big, high up and exposed if memory serves. We were after the preds and we did blank but it is pretty enough but it wasn`t too comfy in the winter.
I too noticed this water a while ago and thought about it

I sent an email to baymalton ac asking a few basic questions about Watergrove about 2 weeks ago.

Guess what, not a sign of a response.

Poor.
