after trying to get on fairview with no luck me and my TBK partner ventured to 3 lakes on fri night for 2 nights, fri was quiet plenty of liners ,so we retired to our pits,to be woken by micks left hand rod at 7am after a spirited fight a large mirror fell into the net, weighing in at 20 lb so we were happy we had one , a quiet afternoon followed but with plenty of carp showing in the swim ,then about 7 my middle rod screamed off a very hard fight with it nearly being lost in a thick lily bed managed to pull it through and another big mirror was in the net weighing in at 25lb 7oz a new pb well chuffed went to bed happy...next morning same time same rod mick was in again another good fight and another mirror on the bank this one weighing in at 26lb 7oz a new pb for mick this was turning out to be a good session mick reset his rod then it went again same spot 10 mins later another mirror at 16lb needless to say we packed away with smiles on our faces..2pbs and a good practice for TBK for our next round at fairview in 2 wks....pics will follow soon...
