Hi mate

I have just brought 5 nr 1.5oz leads off ebay (franksleads) for £3.00 inc P&P and 75 nr. 8 barrel swivels from ebay too )hookrigs) for £2.00 inc P&P. Not bad eh, reckon I saved a couple of quid. Have a look.

i use franksleads for rig bits myself, i'm not keen on his safety clips but his swivels, tubing and tail rubbers are all good and a lot cheaper than the shops Cool

Yes, I agree. His lead clips don't work properly. The swivel pulls out far too easily. Carpioleads look good for leads from what I've read, though I haven't tried them myself yet.

cheers for the replies, 30 leads for £15 is good. mo the "bag man" sounds like a crack dealer but his bags are reasonably cheap.

have tried franks leads recently bought some textured leads wich can be glugged tried them at the week end and had chub from every swim, i dont normaly catch many chub as im too slow to strike bites and thier too cute for my hair rigs also made alterations to my hair rigs by adding a cut section off elastic band on the bend off the hook and pulling the hair through it, this keeps the bait tight to the bend, also eliminating the use of heat shrink.
anyway im waffling, scopex flavoured leads seem to be working for chub. will keep ya posted on my experimentation.

keep your favorite ebayers coming it saves me hours of sifting through crap.
