cool hoping weather stays like its been cold morning giving way to bright sunshine always makes for a pleasant trip up there it absolutely pisissed it down last time i was up

well fished at boston spa on saturday had about 15 grayling my first fish came after 3 trots down the peg and is my biggest grayling to date didnt weigh it but it was 1lb+ all the rest were around 8-12oz also had an out of season brownie about 2lb so he had to go back Rolling Eyes

. couldnt find any pike about tried in the deeper water but think it might of been a bit too bright with the clarity of the water

if anyone fancies a few grayling theres a fair few in the bridge swim at spa baths Yahoo

i took the old man with me to catch his first he ended up with 3 and lost a couple but he was a bit limited only having wellies whereas i donned the chesties i lost about 10 tho Banging Head
