Bring `em matey, I`ll use all the baits up this weekend and then its full on gummy fish from then on...................I think!
Its not an addiction, more a desire not to fail as I`ve not had a Pike on a bait this winter, just on the lure............a lesson perhaps?

You "smudged" it on purpose to look like them modelling pics you had done in the white rose!!
Vaseline on the lens to hide them inperfections...........................but as they say, you can`t pollish a turd!
But well done mate! better that I can manage at the moment........................much better!

In the words of that Irish band A1 ' Sunday, bloody Sunday'.
So, in summary.
Lost a nice bream in a weed bed out in front of my peg. Only realised it was there when I lost the nice bream in it.
Hooked a roach, then a pike which bit me off after a minute or two.
Marc had two beeps on a deadbait.
Fished next to the human equivilent of Foghorn Leghorn. Miles of bank and he has to set up 15 yards away from me. _________________ damo
